Bartender and entertainer, Ignacio is loved by all guests. Visit
him at the Pega-Pega Bar. Just call him Smiley and he'll fix anything
from a simple milkshake to the most complicated drink with the ease

is tireless, cooking dinner at the French Steakhouse, breakfast
at the Garden Terrace and lunch at the Pega-Pega. Trained at the
Hyatt in the Philippines, he has a most pleasant attitude, a respect
for food and a love for cooking.
